Good space with easy parking, small updates would make it a ten! Positive: We thought it was very quaint. Lots of room. Would recommend some extra plug-ins to work remotely. Neighborhood was fine, felt safe Leaving car on side road and easy to find parking. Negative: Recommend to add extra electrical outlets for working remotely. Pillows need to be thrown away and all new for bed. Bed needs a pillow top as that’s the hardest bed I have ever slept in.

Very clean and perfect kitchen supplies and cute toilet paper , everything was perfect . Positive: The swing chair Negative: The rock bed lol but still good

Perfect apartment for a short stay. Makes me want to move to Grand Rapids! Positive: I liked the location, conveniently on the same block as a pizza place, and down the block from a cafe and a dispensary. Negative: Nothing! The stairs were a little scary to walk up at night.

Good for a short stay. Positive: Location, easy to access, parking is easy, easy to contact and quick responses. Kitchen nicely stocked. Towels and bedding clean and soft. Negative: Needs new pillows, they are not great. We stayed and worked from the rental in the morning and it wasn’t easy. They need more electrical outlets or extensions. Nothing around the table and had to sit on floor to work. The shower in the tub is a little dangerous if you don’t have good balance.
