Positive: Location
Negative: The heat was shared by more than one apartment therefore couldn't control the thermostat.

This rental was cute and clean and fairly close to downtown.
Positive: The accommodations were clean and updated. Decor was tasteful, and the location was near GVSU.
Negative: It was pricey for the location.

As advertised, pictures are accurate. Communication with Stephanie was great. My only advise is to add that this apartment is up a flight of steep steps. We had to bring our dog who has some back leg problems and I would have picked one of the lower level rentals if I would have known this. Otherwise all was good. Thanks Stephanie.

Suite retreat delivers
Quiet cozy retreat at an affordable rate! Walk to all your favorites or catch the free downtown shuttle a few blocks away! So much to see and do in Grand Rapids! Host was amazing and responsive. I would recommend.

Gold 2 suite
The VRBO was super cute and clean and Stephanie was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful with check in and move out and we really enjoyed our stay!
