Place was very nice. Clean and within walking distance of gvsu. Stephanie answered my e mails promptly. We will stay again.

This place was recently updated and well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have some basic items in the kitchen for cooking. This neighborhood is centrally located within walking distance to downtown. We never heard anyone else in the building.

Very welcoming, great communication, perfect spot for visiting campus or downtown! Walked to and from the stay to Van Andel for a concert

Host was very responsive. It was clean with newer renovations. It was up one set of stairs. We went on 90 degree days and the two window AC units kept the entire place nice and cool. The mattress was on the firmer side. Couch was comfortable as well. There was plenty street of parking at the rental. It was a short walk downtown and quick access to public transport, ubers and bikes/scooters.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend!

Positive: Location Negative: The heat was shared by more than one apartment therefore couldn't control the thermostat.
